CROW CREEK MISSION
INFORMATIONAL MEETING
There will be an informational meeting March 22, 2009, at 2pm in the Ark for the Crow Creek (Lakota Sioux) mission trip to Ft. Thompson, SD, June 14-20, 2009. Attendees should come prepared to pay a $100.00 reservation fee that will be sent to the Tree of Life mission to hold their spot (the balance of $150.00 will be due by May 30, 2009). We anticipate taking approximately 50 people this year to do home repair, food and clothing distribution, gardening and Bible school. 8th ANNUAL MISSIONS BENEFIT AUCTION & DINNER

Registration 4:00 ~ Dinner 4:30 – 6:00 pm
Silent Auction starts at 4:00 ~ Live Auction starts at 7:00
We are here to be God’s hands and feet, and that is what exactly we are doing here at the Liberty United Methodist Church. Without the Auction, we would not be able to support the various ministries in the church and in the community. We cannot do it without you.
We are in need of several new items for the Live and Silent Auctions. Just remember, if it is something you would purchase for yourself, then it is probably something that would do well in the auction.
