Building Committee 12/7

November was a busy month for the Building Committee!

▪ Akin, Gordon, and Cowger developed engineering proposals for the parkway, turn lanes, and parking layouts in consultation with the City of Liberty and MODOT.
▪ We entered the next phase of our project with our architect, Dake Wells, as they began meeting with representatives from various Master Planning working groups to gather additional information for completion of phase one schematic design.
▪ We reviewed responses from contractors interested in joining our project team and finalized a short list to be interviewed in early December.
▪ We continued to use capital funds to reduce debt on our Lightburne property. By the end of the year we will owe less than $100,000!
▪ Charles F. Curry Real Estate Company showed our current property to prospective buyers.

As we look at the work that lies ahead, we are grateful for the ongoing prayers and financial support of so many in the congregation. We thank God also for the competent, faithful team of partners he has led us to, who share our vision of expanding His ministries and His reach to those in need throughout our community.
