Small Group Invitations…
Journey, a group of couples and singles in their 20’s and 30’s, is offering the popular study, Making Love Last a Lifetime at 9:45 in Ark 2. Join them for this DVD and discussion of the Biblical perspective on love and marriage.
Faith, Fun and Fellowship Bible study on Tuesdays invites adults of all ages to study and learn together. Bonnie Endicott teaches this group which meets at 6:45 in room 224.
Seasoned Citizens’ Luncheon and Fellowship meets the first Friday of the month at 11:45 in the Family Life Center for a potluck meal and games or entertainment. All senior citizens are encouraged to attend.
Christianity and World Religions: Much of the world conflict that makes the news has its roots in religious differences. Let us provide a brief overview of various religions, explore common-alities and differences, and discuss ways to build bridges to reach out to non-Christians. C3 small group for couples will begin the study January 4 at 10:30 in room 110; Andrew Beard will facilitate.
The Sojourner Sunday School Class will begin a five-week study of Ephesians on January 4th with the first lesson to be taught by Bishop Fritz Mutti. Topics include New Life, New Fellowship, New Behavior, New Family Order and New Strength. All mature adults wanting to grow in faith and Christian discipleship are invited to attend at 9:45 in Ark 1.
Faith Lessons: Bible Stories for Adults resumes meeting Wednesdays at 6 pm in Study Center 3. DVD teachings bring Bible stories to life by adding historical insight and modern significance. No homework or advance registration required.
Discovering your Spiritual Gifts and Serving from the Heart: 1 Corinthians 12 promises we’re each given gifts to use for the common good. What are yours, and how can you use them in service to God and others? Take the next step in your spiritual journey with Donna Dunn’s help. Beginning January 11 at 9:30 in room 224.
Anointed, Transformed, Redeemed: A Study of David begins in Monday morning Ladies’ Bible study on January 12 at 9:15. Register now to reserve a book.
Can We Talk? Soul Stirring Conversations with God begins in Thursday evening Ladies’ Bible study on January 15 at 6:30 in room 221. Register now to reserve a book.
Romans, The Letter that Changed the World by popular teacher, Tommy Nelson, begins January 15 in Thursday night Men’s group which meets at 7:00 in room 224. This DVD-driven, no homework required study is great for first-time Bible study participants or longtime Bible students alike!
