Contemporary Christmas Choir – this Tuesday!
Tuesday evening, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Wesley Hall, will be our first rehearsal for the Christmas Choir. (Childcare provided). Many have expressed interest in singing and plan to be there. How about you? Choir members will be given music and a practice CD. The choir will sing 2 selections in the 9:00 and 10:30 services on December 14th. Some individuals can only sing in one service, and that’s fine. The other 2 rehearsals will be December 2nd and 9th. Drama Opportunity
Drama can be a meaningful aspect of worship, another way to express a particular message to worshipers. LUMC is looking for someone to head up a drama ministry for our contemporary services. Initially, we would like to incorporate this ministry during Advent and Christmas. If you have a passion for this type of ministry and would be willing to lead it (with help from the staff), or if you would like to be a part of such a ministry, please contact Melody Sommers at melody.sommers@lumcmo.org or call 781-4554 extension 121.
