In his book, The Case for Christ, Lee Strobel, tells of his conversation with Dr. Gary Habermas,
professor of theology and philosophy and author of numerous books and articles. The question Strobel posed concerned the importance of the Resurrection for Christians. He assumed he would get a stock answer about its centrality to the faith. And he did. But he got something more. Habermas went into a reflective mood in which he referred to the death of his wife Debbie in 1995 of stomach cancer. This is how Strobel describes it:"I sat on our porch," [Habermas] began, looking off to the side at nothing in particular .... My wife was upstairs dying. Except for a few weeks, she was home through it all. It was an awful time. This was the worst thing that could possibly happen."He turned and looked straight at me. "But do you know what was amazing? My students would call me ... and say, 'At a time like this, aren't you glad about the Resurrection?' As sober as those
circumstances were, I had to smile for two reasons. First, my students were trying to cheer me up with my own teaching. And second, it worked."As I would sit there, I'd picture Job, who went through all that terrible stuff and asked questions of God, but then God turned the tables and asked him a few questions."I knew if God were to come to me, I'd ask only one question: 'Lord, why is Debbie up there in bed?' And I think God would respond by asking gently, 'Gary, did I raise my Son from the dead?'"I'd say, 'Come on, Lord, I've written seven books on that topic! Of course he was raised from the dead. But I want to know about Debbie!'"I think he'd keep coming back to the same question - 'Did I raise my Son from the dead?' - until I got his point: The Resurrection says that if Jesus was raised 2,000 years ago, there's an answer to Debbie's death in 1995. And do you know what? ... If the Resurrection would get me through that, it can get me through anything. It was good for A.D. 30, and it's good for 1995; it's good for 1998, and it's good beyond that .... I believe that with all my heart. If there's a resurrection, there's a heaven. If Jesus was raised, Debbie was raised. And I will be someday, too. Then I'll see them both."
This, being the first Sunday of Advent, the emphasis is HOPE. We are people of joyous hope and great expectation! We anticipate with joy the coming of Christ, at Christmas, in our daily lives, and at the time of our demise.
The last words humans addressed to God that are recorded in the Bible: "Even so come, Lord Jesus." --Revelation 22:20

Plan Now to Attend Advent Journey Next Sunday
Advent Journey is one of the highlights of the Christmas season at LUMC. It’s a one-stop evening of food, fun, crafts and entertainment to usher in the Season of Advent. From 5-7 pm on Sunday, Dec. 7, you can enjoy a soup bar, a variety of entertainment, a trip through Cokesbury’s on-site bookstore, and craft stations galore where children will celebrate the stars of the Christmas story (see the Children’s Ministry page for more info).
Adults are needed to staff the craft stations. All supplies and instructions are provided; you’ll just need to restock supplies and provide encouragement and a helping hand to the crafters. Contact Sondra Buell to volunteer.
Use this event as an opportunity to invite a friend or neighbor without a church home to experience the fellowship of the body of Christ.

Children's Ministries 11/30
During the month of November the Sunday School children have learned that we can praise God any time, any where, and in many ways: with our words, singing songs, dancing, playing instruments. Today they will learn about praises from Psalm 148. When you get home, or sometime this week, open your home Bible and read this psalm out loud to your child/ren. Have them act it out. Have a great time praising God with your child!
As a gift of love all Sunday School children are receiving an Advent Calendar from the
Children’s Sunday School Committee. If your child hasn’t received one yet, stop by Sondra’s office, room 212. She has a few extras.
Coupled with the Advent Calendar and the countdown to Christmas which it provides, get out your Advent Wreath (or make one if you don’t have one yet – you can find directions in the literature racks). Light the first candle each day this week, open the appropriate door on the calendar, read the scripture/verse on the back of the calendar, focus your thoughts on the real meaning of Christmas, and I promise you – THIS WILL BE AN ADVENT MEMORY YOU’LL TREASURE FOREVER!
As a personal testimony, my parents’ leadership in this activity helped me learn to fall in love with Jesus!
Guess what – the Shuttle Ministry is going to provide a shuttle service from the church to the community center on December 14th – so older members of our congregation can easily attend the Children’s Christmas Program and not worry about parking or walking too far! Meet at the church at 6:00, park your car, and hop on the shuttle. The program begins at 6:30 pm. The children’s voices and the retelling of the Christmas Story will be a great blessing!
Next Sunday is Advent Journey 2008! We need a few more shopkeepers to help in the craft shops. You would need to arrive at 4:30 on the 14th. Sign up here today, or call the church office at 781-4554, ext 115.
A quick rundown of the event:
Time: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Where: Supper and musical entertainment in Wesley Hall, crafts in just about every room of the church!
What: Soup Supper, Crafts, Art Show, Talent Show/Musical Entertainment, Story time, Games for the kids, nursery those little ones 0 to 2, Cokesbury Bookstore, lots of fellowship!
Suggested cost for the crafts: $5.00 per person/$10.00 per family.
Suggested cost for the supper: $3.00 per person/$10.00 per family.
Anything else I need to know: Bring your friends and neighbors to this great fellowship event! It will prepare your hearts and homes for the real meaning of Christmas!

Mark's Remarks 11/23
Canfield and Hansen told of a school teacher who, at Thanksgiving time, asked her class of first-graders to draw a
picture of something they were thankful for. She thought of how little these children from poor neighborhoods actually had to be thankful for, but she knew that most of them would draw pictures of turkeys or tables with food. The teacher was taken aback with the picture Douglas handed in. It was a simple, childishly drawn hand.
But whose hand? She held it up and asked her class, “Whose hand do you think this is that Douglas drew?”
"I think it must be the hand of God that brings us food," said one child.
"A farmer," said another, "because he grows the turkeys."
Later, when the others were at work, the teacher bent over Douglas's desk and asked whose hand it was. "It's your hand, Teacher," he mumbled. She recalled that frequently at recess she had taken Douglas, a scrubby forlorn child, by the hand. She often did that with the children, but it meant so much to Douglas. **
This holiday, think of the many hands for which you are powerfully grateful. Your mother’s, your spouse’s, a grandchild’s, a lover’s. For different reasons, we have limitless gratitude for the touch of another.
How do others feel about your hands? We sometimes forget that the only hands God has are our hands. A hand stretched out in love to "one of the least of these" is a hand that reflects a thankful heart. Maya Angelou once said something very beautiful and meaningful: "Giving," she said, "liberates the soul of the believer." Are you liberated this year?

I gave a mistaken number last Sunday when I said there were 300 million abortions since Roe v. Wade. There have been, in China.
The following is a statement released this year by the Guttmacher Institute regarding US abortions.
In 2005, the U.S. abortion rate declined to 19.4 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–44, continuing the downward trend that started after the abortion rate peaked at 29.3 in 1981, according to a new Guttmacher Institute census of U.S. abortion providers. The abortion rate is now at its lowest level since 1974. The number of abortions declined as well, to a total of 1.2 million in 2005, 25% below the all-time high of 1.6 million abortions in 1990.
Despite these declines, slightly more than one in five pregnancies ended in abortion in 2005, an indicator of how much still needs to be done to help women and their partners avoid unintended pregnancy.
We will be privileged to do all we can to support birth control and pregnancy planning for all.

Adoption Sunday 11/23
Today we celebrate adoption, as our earthly example of God’s love for us.
Long, long ago he decided to adopt us into his family through Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 1: 5 ~ The Message
We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life.
But those who make their journey home across time and miles,
growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them,
are carried on wings of destiny and placed among us
by God’s very own hands.

We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life.
But those who make their journey home across time and miles,
growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them,
are carried on wings of destiny and placed among us
by God’s very own hands.

Advent Journey 2008 ~ The STARS of Christmas!
You may ask . . . What is Advent Journey??? Advent Journey is a big all-church event being held Sunday evening, December 7th, from 5:00 to 7:00, where we fellowship with one another, hear beautiful music, make-and-take awesome Advent projects, enjoy a wonderful soup supper at the Advent Café, play games, shop at the Cokesbury bookstore, and prepare our hearts for Christmas! The suggested donation for the craft projects is $5.00 per person or $10.00 per family. The suggested donation for the soup supper is $3.00 per person or $10.00 per family.
Besides coming and having a fabulous time on Dec. 7th, there are opportunities to get involved behind the scenes before the event, and help with the activities during the event. Call the church office or check the items below and turn this in the Sondra Buell:
I would like to:
___ Bring cupcakes for the families to decorate. I can bring ___ dozen. (Note: we’ll need these Sunday morning, Dec. 7th)
___ Donate cans of frosting. I can bring ___ cans. (Note: any flavor!)
___ Help with craft project preparations, i.e. cutting felt or yarn, sorting beads, twirling pipe cleaners, etc. (Note: these things are done at home and brought back to church)
___ Serve as a Shopkeeper the night of Advent Journey, assisting in one of the craft/project shops. (Note: you don’t have to be crafty, you just need to pass out supplies and maybe run a glue gun! You’ll also get to wear a really fun Advent Apron!)
___ Play an instrument or the piano, or sing during Advent Journey. (Note: this can be with a group or as an individual)

Children's Ministries 11/23
The children’s Sunday School lesson for this Sunday comes Ezra 3:10-13. The children will learn that Ezra and the people praised God when the foundations of the Temple were laid. The children will learn that it’s always appropriate to praise God – in sorrow, in joy, and in the many ordinary days which make up our life. When you get home, sit with your child and re-read these verses from your Bible. Ask your child how he/she praised God today!
Today in the children’s stewardship lesson, the children will discuss how they get money . . . from jobs, gifts, chores, etc. They will discuss why it’s important to give some of it back to God.
Did your child receive a
Children’s Bulletin when you
arrived for worship? If they didn’t, please ask for one from the ushers. These bulletins are specially made for the children; one version for preschool children and one version for elementary children. They are available every Sunday.
Each month the “HIS Kids”
focus on a different mission or service project. In November, they will be assembling hygiene kits to give to the folks who come to the Kansas Food Kitchen. Items needed include: washcloths, bar soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream and razors.
Upcoming Dates to remember:
December 7th – Advent Journey, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
December 14th – Children’s Christmas Program,
6:30 p.m.
December 17th – “HIS Kids” and families

December 28th – No children’s Sunday School;
nursery will be open
Children’s Sunday School teachers openings:

9:40 – 4th and 5th grade
10:25 – Kindergarten
“HIS Kids” opening:

Please contact Sondra Buell at 781-4554, ext 115 if you can serve in one of these areas.

Drama Opportunity 11/23
Drama Opportunity
Drama can be a meaningful aspect of worship, another way to express a particular message to worshipers. LUMC is looking for someone to head up a drama ministry for our contemporary services. Initially, we would like to incorporate this ministry during Advent and Christmas. If you have a passion for this type of ministry and would be willing to lead it (with help from the staff), or if you would like to be a part of such a ministry, please contact Melody Sommers at melody.sommers@lumcmo.org or call 781-4554 extension 121. Thanks.

Mark's Remarks 11/16
Many of the ministers in Missouri are studying and meeting to radically reverse the trends of decline found in mainline denominations including ours. We live in a post-Christian society, that is a fact most of us have noticed. However, non-Christians who live in a post-Christian society are still in need of the saving love of Jesus, the Christ. Methods to reach these people, whom Jesus loves so much he died for them, are no longer methodical as we in the Methodist tradition have known them. We are learning new ways of following the Christian call. Changing the methods and places we’ve known is not easy for us. When we look at the new nature of ministry we are a little tenuous (Or we for retirement!). We have apprehension!
Joe Garagiola, former major league baseball star and TV personality, told about a time when Stan Musial came to the plate in a critical game. Musial was at the peak of his career. The opposing pitcher in the game was young and nervous. Garagiola, as the catcher, called for a fastball and the pitcher shook his head; Joe signaled for a curve and again the pitcher shook him off. He then asked for one of the pitcher's specialties and still the pitcher hesitated. So Joe paced to the mound for a conference. He said, "I've called for every pitch in the book; what do you want to throw?" "Nothing," was the pitcher's shaky reply. "I just want to hold on to the ball as long as I can."
At times, we feel like him! We have taken great leaps in our congregation to reach people for Christ. The physical new building program, reaching people for Christ, is marching to fruition. Building Committee speakers are bringing you the news every other Sunday. Please listen closely. We’re all going to reach folk for Christ, we’re going together and we’re going to do ministry, perhaps in ways that are different, always working to reach people for Christ.

Memorial Banners
It is exciting to honor the life and spirit of Nellie Crockett through our newest banners at the back of the sanctuary. They represent each of the seasonal colors of the church. Last year, the Stations of the Cross banners, above the choir, were hung on Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. These were also memorial gifts from the Nellie Crockett Memorial. Special thanks to Pat Deitrick and Connie Odom-Soper for their work on this project.
Green is used to symbolize growth in Christ. Green is used for the seasons between Epiphany and the beginning of Lent (Ash Wednesday) and between Pentecost and the beginning of Advent. This season is called Ordinary Time, which means “numbered.”
Purple has been the royal color throughout history, and it is the color used for the seasons of
Advent and Lent.
Red symbolizes the precious blood of Christ and is used for Pentecost and for days commemorating martyrs.
White is used for Christmas, Epiphany, Easter and communion Sundays. White symbolizes purity and light.
In all seasons, praise the Lord!
Congratulations!
John Rogers has been honored as the
Missouri Hospital Association Auxiliarian of the Year!!

Children's Ministries 11/16
Today the children’s Sunday School Bible lesson comes from 2 Chronicles 20:13-21. The
children will learn about Jehoshaphat, who prayed and sang praises to God when his army was going to battle. We too can rely on God to help us with everything at any time! The kids will learn that worship is about being grateful every moment of our lives! Ask your child how we can praise God at church AND at home!
One goal of our Children’s Stewardship lessons is to teach children how to become good stewards. When they learn to be good stewards with the money they have and earn, they learn about planning, delayed gratification, choosing priorities,
and working for what they want. As children begin to feel good about what they have done, their desire to continue increases.
In the past few weeks we focused on raising their level of awareness of money. We’ve talked about the color of money, and what is written on the coins (In God We Trust). Today, we’ll have fun discussing how money is made.
Did your child receive a Children’s Bulletin when you arrived for worship? If they didn’t, please ask for one from the ushers. These bulletins are specially made for the children; one version for preschool children and one version for elementary children. They are
available every Sunday.
A mini workshop on making a family Advent Wreath will be held on Wednesday, November 19th. It will begin after HIS Kids at 7:15 pm and will last approximately 45 minutes. Bring your kids along to this workshop. Sondra Buell will teach you how to make a simple Advent Wreath, hand out short devotions to read with your children, and share some background information about Advent.
Are you bringing your papers to the LUMC paper recycle bin? By doing this you are helping our environment, and making money for the church!
Come and dump your paper here!!!
Here’s an opportunity for Stewardship that’s not money.
Serve the Lord through the classroom and have a great time with some children!
Our 10:25 4th/5th-grade class and our 8:55 Kindergarten class need teachers.
Contact Sondra Buell for specific details.

Ski Trip Information—note date changes
Who-this trip is for students in 8th-12th-grades (and friends)
What– We are changing the dates to March 18th-21st. The tentative plan will be to travel early on the morning of Wednesday, March 18th. We would get to Winter Park that afternoon/evening and participate in the first worship session that night. We would then ski March 19th, 20th, and 21st, and then either head back through the night on the 21st to arrive home in the early hours of Sunday the 22nd or stay the night on the 21st and head out early on Sunday the 22nd. The plans on heading back depending on how many people commit to this trip. With these new dates you will still miss school on the 18th and the half day on the 19th.
Where-Ski at Winter Park and stay at YMCA of the Rockies.
Why-To have a great time skiing/boarding, hanging out with friends, and growing closer to the Lord.
How Much- Right now the cost is approximately $500, which includes transportation, food, gear, lift tickets, housing, and retreat costs (speaker, band, etc.). If you are bringing your own ski/board gear the cost will be approximately $475, and if you are not skiing the trip will be approximately $350. This is a great time to use some of the fundraising cards to make this a little cheaper.
Due Dates- We need to know soon how many people are going and who those people are. So, we have a due date of $75 by Sunday, November 30th. Monday morning, December 1st, we are locking in our reservation. If we don’t have a financial commitment from you by Sunday, December 1st, you will not be on the list.
Once we know who is going, we’ll plan on having a meeting in December to talk some details. We are so excited about this trip and hope that everyone else is as well. Thanks and let us know if you have any questions.

Contemporary Christmas Choir – this Tuesday!
Tuesday evening, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Wesley Hall, will be our first rehearsal for the Christmas Choir. (Childcare provided). Many have expressed interest in singing and plan to be there. How about you? Choir members will be given music and a practice CD. The choir will sing 2 selections in the 9:00 and 10:30 services on December 14th. Some individuals can only sing in one service, and that’s fine. The other 2 rehearsals will be December 2nd and 9th. If you need more information, please contact Melody Sommers at 781-4554 or melody.sommers@lumcmo.org.
Shuttle Ministry 11/16
News from the Shuttle Ministry
Who among us:
· Has circled at least once to find a parking space in the last 3 weeks?
· Left a close parking space for a special person or guest?
· Had two or more cars on the hilltop at the same time lately?
Since it takes 30 volunteers a month to drive a morning shuttle, The Shuttle Ministry wants your help to keep us “unemployed”. There are several ways to do this:
· Carpool with a family in your neighborhood.
· Participate in a Personal Shuttle - Find another family or friend who will meet you at the Cobblestone parking lot. One of you park at Cobblestone and the other shuttle everyone up the hill.
· Volunteer to be a Hilltop Helper; wear an orange vest and help those arriving find the open parking spots. To volunteer, contact Mark Buell at 830-5589. Individuals or small groups can do this.
· Large, involved families that need two or more cars, let the youngest park on the perimeter and walk the farthest.
Something to consider: What if we needed a Rescue Squad or Fire Truck on the grounds during a service on Sunday morning? Myron Schmitt, retired fire chief says: “If we can’t get here, we’ll let it burn.” Therefore, we need to keep our narrow streets open! Park over by the crosses or by the Study Center – there are usually open spots there!
Many small choices make a big difference!
A big “Thank you” goes to those who played Hilltop Helper Musical Chairs last Sunday.

Mark's Remarks 11/9
Rose O’Neil Greenhowe was a confederate spy. On August 23, 1861, Allan Pinkerton, head of the recently-formed Secret Service apprehended Greenhowe and sent her to prison. Her 8-yr.-old daughter, having no other family, went with her. As she was a socialite with many caring friends in high places, on May 31, 1862, Greenhowe and her daughter were released from prison and deported to Richmond, Virginia.
Greenhowe was hailed as a heroine by Southerners. Jefferson Davis welcomed her home and soon enlisted her as a courier to Europe. The South was loved by European aristocrats. While in France, Greenhowe was received in the court of Napoleon III at the
Tuileries. In Britain, she had an audience with Queen Victoria and became engaged to an English lord. Two months after arriving in London, Greenhowe wrote her memoirs, titled My Imprisonment and the First Year of Abolition Rule at Washington, which sold well in Britain.
In September 1864, Greenhowe left Europe to return to the Confederate States, carrying dispatches. She traveled on the Condor, a British blockade runner. On October 1, 1864, the Condor ran aground at the mouth of the Cape Fear River near Wilmington, North Carolina. A Union gunboat, USS Niphon had been pursuing the ship. Fearing capture and re-imprisonment, Greenhowe fled the grounded Condor by rowboat. The rowboat was capsized by a wave, and Greenhowe, with $2,000 worth of gold from her memoir royalties, intended for the Confederate treasury, sewn into her petticoats, drowned.
We work hard to make a good living. Sometimes, however, what we’ve made grasps us instead. Like Rose, we drown beneath it. This is a matter for consideration today as we come to the consecration table. Do we own our wealth, our property, and our things? Or do they own us? Does what we have accumulated take our time and talent, do we worry over it at night and spend our days protecting it? That’s one more aspect of the stewardship of our lives for Christ. What really makes us happy? What really matters for eternity?

Once or twice a year you’ll sign up to provide child care in the church nursery with another couple. Then 10 or 11 times a year, you get a date night with your spouse while your children are playing with friends and being fed and entertained by couples you know and trust at the church. Date Night Co-Op is open to church families with children ages 6 months and older. The next Date Night is November 14. Advance reservation is required. Contact Stephanie Staatz at sstaatz@aol.com or 407-9040 for more information.

LUMY 11/9
Instead of giving the usual run of announcements this week, we thought that we would take a week and just let everyone know what a blessing it is to be a part of this church family and to lead this Student Ministry. Some of you may not know what it is we could possibly be doing all the time that we are here, and we thought that you should know! It is our goal and vision for the youth of this city to know what it is to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to give them tools to make it real in their lives and the lives of the people around them, and to take them (and teach them) to go out and be WORLD CHANGERS! We believe that each student has the ability to change the world, and we encourage them to do so. Each week our program offers a variety of different activities for students. We have Flight Training for juniors and seniors on Monday and Tuesday mornings before school, Bible Studies on Wednesday nights, meet with students one-on-one weekly, student prayer group and Decided (our youth praise band) on Thursday nights, Sunday school on Sunday mornings, special events at least two weekends a month and we lead two full worship services for 6th-12th-graders each Sunday night with a host of amazing volunteering small group leaders. This is a time where we try our hardest to make the Word of God relevant to each student’s life. We have videos, music, praise band, activities, lessons and small groups. This time is high energy and such a great time to come together as a body of believers and praise our Maker in one accord.
Everything we do is full of purpose, and it seems that this approach is working. Since June, we have seen 10 students come to know the Lord on a personal level, making decisions to give their lives to Christ. This last week, with numbers down in the younger of the groups, we still had 90 people in attendance for our Sunday night activities. This is to say that the students are not only hearing the message each week, but they are coming back for more and are associating with other students who believe the same things! Our youth group has become a place of refuge for students throughout our city, as nearly 30% of those who actively participate come from families that don’t attend a church with a youth group, or are from families that don’t attend church in general. What a blessing it is to have church with the students of this city.
Mostly we wanted to mix things up this week because we have seen such an outpouring of your support over the last few months. There is absolutely no way that we could do this, with the passion that we have, without your encouraging cards, letters, e-mails, words, hugs, work and support! You are truly a blessing to work with. Thank you for trusting us, not only with your students physically, but spiritually. Thank you for supporting us as a husband and wife team! Thank you, thank you.
Love, Andrew and Sarah Beard
Last weekend we took a group of 18 students on a mystery trip where we discussed for two nights around a bonfire the way we were made and how our life is full of adventure and exploration...and then we went on adventures and filled our days with exploring. We went to the St. Louis Science Center, Elephant Rocks State Park and then finished up at the St. Louis City Museum. We had a phenomenal time!
Please let Andrew or Sarah know if you have any questions, comments, or prayer requests.

Children's Ministries 11/9
Today the children’s Sunday School Bible lesson comes from 2 Samuel 6:11-15. The children will learn that David brought the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. Ask your child what was in the Ark of the Covenant. The kids will learn that David loved God so much that he expressed it with his whole body through dance. Today’s lesson helps us all understand that we were made to worship God!
Today we welcome Rev. Leah Hidde-Gregory from Frost United Methodist Church in Frost, Texas. Rev. Leah will be presenting a teacher training to our children’s Sunday School teachers and our “HIS Kids” teachers and shepherds on “How to Bring the Sacred into the Classroom.”
To make this possible, we have 25 people serving as substitutes in our children’s classrooms. THANK YOU, substitutes, for making this important training possible for our regular teachers.
The Children’s Sunday School committee desires to present fun and meaningful lessons for the children as they bring their Sunday School offering to church. Today the children will learn why “In God We Trust” is on our coins.
A mini workshop on making a family Advent Wreath will be held on Wednesday,
November 19th. It will begin after HIS Kids at 7:15 pm and will last approximately 45 minutes. Bring your kids along to this workshop. Sondra Buell will teach you how to make a simple Advent Wreath, hand out short devotions to read with your children, and share some background information about Advent.
`
Here’s an opportunity for Stewardship that’s not money.
Serve the Lord through the classroom and have a great time with some children!
Our 10:25 4th/5th grade class and our 8:55 Kindergarten class need teachers.
Contact Sondra Buell for specific details.

You may ask . . . What is Advent Journey??? Advent Journey is a big all-church event being held Sunday evening, December 7th, from 5:00 to 7:00, where we fellowship with one another, hear beautiful music, make awesome Advent projects, enjoy a wonderful soup supper at the Advent Café, play games, shop at the Cokesbury bookstore, and prepare our hearts for Christmas! The suggested donation for the craft projects is $5.00 per person or $10.00 per family. The suggested donation for the soup supper is $3.00 per person or $10.00 per family.
