AN OFFERING TO HELP STOP HUNGER

Each year Liberty United Methodist Church supports the Heart of America CROP Hunger Walk. This year’s walk is scheduled for October 12, and we will be receiving offerings before the worship services on October 5 and October 12.

What is CROP? It stands for Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty. A donation can help provide blankets to a family displaced by violence or natural disaster. It can help provide clean, safe water to a village in Darfur or in Kenya. Together, we can make a difference!

Members of the Sojurners Class will be at tables at the church’s entrances before the services on October 5 and October 12. Please leave your gift at the table on one of those days.
