The Sunday School lesson for September 14th comes from Genesis 3. Sometimes we want to do something that is wrong. The kids will learn that the easiest choice is not always the right choice. We need to “listen” to God and do what is right.
Next Sunday we will celebrate our children’s Heroes. All children’s Sunday School teachers and HIS Kids teachers and shepherds will be honored at the worship services. When you see one of our heroes, please whisper a prayer, “God bless this hero as he/she works with our children!”
Our annual fun filled Family Day at Wilderness Camp in Lawson, Mo is coming up! Mark your calendar for October 5th. A great lunch, fishing, hiking, games, hayrides, s’mores, prizes and music fill the afternoon. Sign up in the narthex/foyer next week!
VBS 5th –graders from 2007…..remember swimming laps during Bible School to raise money for the new pool? The pool is now done, so please join us at Family Day at Wilderness Camp so you can see the new pool—it’s beautiful!
