Use Your Spiritual Gifts in Adult Ministries
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10
Assistance: God-given ability to work alongside others in performing practical and often behind-the-scene tasks.
Evangelism: God-given ability to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ so that unknowing persons respond with faith and discipleship.
Exhortation: God-given ability to encourage, help, intercede for, and be an advocate for others in a way that motivates others to grow in their faith and urges them to action. (Prayer is a form of exhortation).

Mercy/Compassion: God-given ability to see and feel the suffering of others and to minister to them with love and understanding.
Teaching: God-given ability to understand and clearly explain God’s truths, and to show how we can apply this in our lives.
