LUMY 4/20

Check out LUMY tonight!! Plan on being (t)here (FLC/Wesley Hall). LUMY is 105 minutes every Sunday night. If you have never been or if it has been awhile, it is time to check it out. Be there…and bring a friend. Sunday Night LUMY, 6:30-8:15pm in the FLC/Wesley Hall. Please do not show up before 6:30 unless asked to.

CALLING ALL SENIORS-Seniors graduating from High School or College will be recognized during worship services on Sunday, May 18th. If you have a senior in your household, please leave your name and contact information with Sarah Beard by May 4th at 781-4554 x110 or Sarah.beard@lumcmo.org, so that we can gather the information we need to properly celebrate their accomplishment!

You are invited to a ceremony honoring this year’s confirmands. They will be confirmed on Saturday, April 26th at 5:00pm in the main Sanctuary. Please come out and celebrate with us as these students are recognized.

Bible and Film Studies are showing every Wednesday night. 5-6pm is 9th-12th-Grade Dinner and a Movie in Study Center 4. 6:30-7:30pm is 7th-and 8th-Grade Bible and Film in Study Center 4.
The Youth Sunday School hour is from 9:30-10:30am in the basement of the Study Center. 7th & 8th-grade meets in Study Center 4 and 9th-12th-grade meets in Study Center 5 (The LUMY room). The Study Center is the house on the south side of our property, directly across the parking lot from the Church’s upstairs sanctuary.
Mark your calendars, Monday, May 19th-Thursday, May 22nd,is Liberty United Methodist Youth week at Hy-Vee. We will have fliers available and if you take one of the fliers in, LUMY will receive 5% back on everything that you purchase to go towards our summer trips and missions. This is a great way to help this ministry and help reduce the costs of events.

Attention, Parents-Sunday May 4th, there will be a mini summer meeting for LUMY. We will hand out our summer calendars with all the dates of activities, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for summer LUMY shirts, and sign to help sponsor events. Please don’t miss this very brief meeting from 6:00-6:30pm in the FLC/Wesley Hall.
