Due to the generosity of Liberty United Methodist Church, items were provided to help a family start their life together in a new Hillcrest apartment, holiday gifts and food were provided for a family of four at Hillcrest, and individual children's gifts were provided for numerous children living at Hillcrest who hadn't been adopted by other organizations.
The outreach of Liberty United Methodist Church provided joy and hope for those who are working toward a hand-up rather than a hand-out.
